Info provided by the museum below:

Jade Seal with Characters "Huang Hou Zhi Xi" Western Han Dyansty (206BC - AD 8) Excavated from Langjiagou village Xianyang City

Engraved with precious white 'mutton fat jade' from Khotan, modern Xinjiang province, this seal bears a tiger-shaped knob, with carved cloud designs on four sides of the square facet. The facet is carved with four Seal Style characters "Huang Hou Zhi Xi" (Empress Seal) in intaglio. According to <<The Old Rites of Han Dynasty>>, "Empress jade seal bears the same characters as that of the Emperor. Empress's seal has a gold tiger-shaped knob", the shape and characters on this seal fit with the records. It was unearthed nearby the joint mausoleum of Empress Lv and Gaozu, probably was the one of the belongings of Empress Lv. It is the only surviving example of material evidence for the study of Empress's seal of Han Dynasty
