Two school buildings by the Swedish architect Harald Ericson (1890-1972). Nowadays, they are both parts of the highschool Sven Ericsongymnasiet in the city of Borås, Sweden. The white, low building with its factorylike saw-tooth roof with windows was inaugurated in 1935 as Textilinstitutet, an institute for textile studies. The larger, enclosing, and yellow-bricked building with thin, grey pillars was an extension of the same institution and made by the same architect in 1952. The buildings became parts of Sven Ericsongymnasiet in the late 1980's.
