Lidl was selling reindeer steaks and I don't remember I ever ate reindeer so I decided to buy it. (even though it costed a ridiculous 39.50 euro the kilo)

I was quite appalled when I opened the vacuum package, my god, what horribly cut piece of meat. But I have to say, once grilled they weren't that bad looking anymore and tasted great.

Ingredients on the label (in dutch): rendiervlees (91%), water, zout, aroma, gedroogde glucosestroop, voedingszuur: natriumlactaat, antioxidanten: natriumcitraat, natriumerythorbaat.
