One of the most prolific character actors in the movies and on TV, Allan Rich. Photo taken in April 1984 at the Kahala Hilton Hotel in Hawaii. I keep seeing him around the hotel and he looked extremely familiar but I didn't know who he was, and he wouldn't tell me. It became sort of a running joke between us, me wanting to know and him being coy in a good-natured way about not satisfying my curiosity. Many years later I was watching some TV show or movie and saw him, and was able to find out who he was on imdb.com
